Draft An Daingean Local Area Plan 2020-2026
Kerry County Council has made a Draft Local Area Plan for the An Daingean Electoral Area. In accordance with Section 20(3)(f) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), the planning authority has prepared environmental reports of the likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the local area plan.
Submissions and observations in relation to the Draft An Daingean Local Area Plan 2020-2026 can be made from Thursday 13th August until Friday 2nd October 2020.
Offaly County Council
Draft Offaly County Development Plan 2021-2027
Offaly County Council has commenced the review of the existing Offaly County Development Plan 2014-2020 by preparing the new Offaly County Development Plan 2021-2027. The pre-draft Offaly County Development Plan 2021-2027 was amended by elected members and agreed to be the Draft Offaly County Development Plan 2021-2027 on 13th July 2020.
Submissions and observations in relation to the Draft Offaly County Development and the preparation of the new Leitrim County Development Plan 2022-2028 and can be made from Monday 27th July 2020 to Wednesday 7th October 2020 at 4.00pm (inclusive).
Limerick City and County Council
Issues Paper for the Limerick City and County Development Plan 2022-2028
The Limerick Development Plan presents an opportunity for the general public to shape Limerick for the future and ‘have your say’ when it comes to important issues such as housing, economic development, community, and heritage.
Submissions and observations in relation to the Issues Paper for the Limerick City and County Development Plan 2022-2028 can be made until 5pm on Monday October 12th, 2020.
Monaghan County Council
Proposed Variation No.2 to the Monaghan County Development Plan 2019-2025
It is proposed to vary the Monaghan County Development Plan 2015-2025 in respect of the following:
Proposed Variation No.2: “The Monaghan County Development Plan (MCDP) was prepared concurrently with both the National Planning Framework (NPF) and the Northern & Western Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy (NWRA RSES) and a significant amount of synergy was achieved between the provisions of the MCDP and the provisions of both the NPF and the NWRA RSES as a consequence. However, for the purposes of clarity the provisions of the NPF and the NWRA RSES will take precedence over the provisions of MCDP.”
Submissions and observations are welcome on the proposed variations to the Monaghan County Development Plan and can be made until 5pm on October 9th, 2020.
Fingal County Council
Draft Kellystown Local Area Plan 2020-2026
Fingal County Council Has Prepared a Draft Local Area Plan for Kellystown, Dublin 15. Submissions or observations may be made in respect of the Draft Kellystown Local Area Plan and associated Environmental Reports from Thursday 17th September 2020 up to and including Friday 6th November 2020. Submissions or observations must arrive no later than 5pm on the 6th November 2020.
Clare County Council
Issues Paper for the Clare County Development Plan 2022-2028
Clare County Council has given notice that it intends to review the existing Clare County Development Plan 2017-2023 and prepare a new Clare County Development Plan 2022-2028 for the functional area of Clare County Council.
Clare County Council invites any interested parties to make submissions or observations with regard to the review of the existing Clare County Development Plan 2017–2023 and the preparation of the new Clare County Development Plan 2022–2028 including the SEA and AA process.
Submissions/observations may be made during the period from 18th September 2020 to 4:00 p.m. on 16th of November 2020 inclusive.
Tipperary County Council
Proposed Cahir Local Area Plan 2021-2027
The Plan sets out a strategic vision for Cahir, providing guidance as to how this vision can be achieved, where new development should be located, what public infrastructure is required and the objectives to deliver the plan in partnership with stakeholders and the local community. Submissions or observations must be submitted to Tipperary County Council by 4pm on Monday 9th November 2020.

Issues Paper for the Tipperary County Development Plan 2022-2028
The process of preparing a new Tipperary County Development Plan 2022 – 2028 commenced on the 18th of September 2020. This is an exciting time for Tipperary, because there has never been a Plan for the entire county. Submissions or observations must be submitted to Tipperary County Council by 4pm on Monday 16th November 2020.
