A total of six statutory plans are open for public consultation at present across counties Dublin, Wexford, Louth, Longford, Carlow and Kilkenny.

Dublin City Council

Proposed Variation No. 31 to the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022

Dublin City Council, being the Planning Authority for Dublin City, has prepared a Proposed Variation of the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022 in respect of the following: Proposed Variation No. 31 of Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022 Designating North Great George’s Street & Environs as an Architectural Conservation Area.

Submissions can be made on the proposed Variation up until December 4th 2020.

 

Wexford County Council

Draft Wexford County Development Plan 2021-2027

Wexford County Council has prepared the Draft Wexford County Development Plan 2021-2027. The Draft Plan is on public display from Monday, 28th September 2020 to Wednesday, 9th December 2020.

Written submissions and observations in relation to the Draft Plan received by the Planning Authority during the period of Monday, 28th September 2020 to 4pm on Wednesday, 9th December 2020 will be taken into consideration before the making of the Plan.

Louth County Council

Draft Louth County Development Plan 2021-2027

The Draft Louth County Development Plan 2021-2027, has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).

Submissions or observations shall be made between Wednesday 14th October, 2020 and Wednesday 23rd December, 2020 (both dates inclusive). Please note submissions will only be accepted up to 12pm (Noon) on Wednesday 23rd December, 2020. Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

Longford County Council

Draft Longford County Development Plan 2021-2027

Longford County Council has prepared a Draft Plan County Development Plan. The Draft Longford County Development Plan 2021-2027 and all accompanying reports are available for public display from Tuesday 27th October 2020 until 4pm on Monday 18th January 2021 (inclusive).

Submissions or observations regarding the Draft Longford County Development Plan 2021-2027 may be made from Tuesday 27th October 2020 until 4.00pm on Monday 18th January 2021 (both dates inclusive).  All observations or submissions received during the above time period will be taken into consideration before the making of the Longford County Development Plan 2021-2027.

 

Carlow County Council

Graiguenamanagh-Tinnahinch Draft Joint Local Area Plan 2021-2027

Kilkenny County Council in collaboration with Carlow County Council, have prepared a Joint Local Area Plan for Graiguenamanagh-Tinnahinch, which will shape the future growth of both settlements over the six-year period 2021-2027.  The purpose of the Joint Local Area Plan is to provide a strategic framework for the proper planning and sustainable development of Graiguenamanagh-Tinnahinch,  in the context of the Kilkenny County Development Plan 2014-2020, the Carlow County Development Plan 2015-2021, and the Regional Spatial Economic Strategy (RSES) for the Southern Region.

Submissions or observations received before 5pm on Monday 25th January 2021 will be taken into consideration in deciding upon the Draft Plan.
