Public Consultation on Draft Prioritised Action Framework for Ireland 2021-2027

A Draft Prioritised Action Framework (PAF) has been launched by the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS). This is a strategic planning tool, providing a comprehensive overview of the measures needed to manage the Special Areas of Conservation and Special Protection Areas network in Ireland. The draft framework identifies the financing needs for the implementation of these measures over the period 2021 -2027.  The estimated costs for Ireland are indications of the level of investment required to manage and restore habitats and species within the Natura 2000 network and is not a commitment to funding.
