Sean joined MKO in September 2015 as a Planner and, since then, has progressed to Project Director within the Planning Team. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Property Studies from ATU Galway and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. He is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Before joining MKO, Sean worked in the Planning Department of a Local Authority in the UK. Sean has extensive experience across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, renewables, quarries, and aggregates. Sean has particular expertise in working on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects and has significant experience in retail planning.
