MKO’s dedicated Forestry team provide inputs into many aspects of this project and, in conjunction with the Coillte Ecology team, completes high-quality Appropriate Assessment Screening Reports (AASRs) and Natura Impact Statements (NISs), as well as decides on the appropriate forestry-specific mitigation for the proposed works to ensure protected European sites are not impacted during the works. MKO has extensive knowledge of the ecological, environmental and planning issues associated with the forestry sector and provides services that ensure regulatory and legal requirements can be met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
