MKO launches new company strategy.
In Q1 2025, after months of work and collaboration across the teams, we shared our new three-year company strategy with all our people.
Our vision is clear: to expand our reach and impact to help solve the defining environmental and societal challenges of our time.
This strategy builds upon the important work we have already undertaken at MKO. We’re excited about this next chapter at MKO and the opportunities for us to continue to help deliver the projects that the country and planet need.
Brian Keville, Managing Director, noted that: the strategy will help align everybody’s efforts across the company to help achieve our vision with a very clear strategic intent and specific goals around people and culture, innovation, finance, and growth. It will also direct our company’s actions into the future and show how everyone plays a part in delivering our vision to expand our reach and impact.
