Michael is an Environmental Director at MKO, overseeing a team of highly skilled environmental professionals working on EIAR for a wide range and scale of projects, in particular large-scale infrastructure, housing, commercial and renewable energy development. His key strengths include project strategy, expert knowledge of the EIA Directive, and in-depth knowledge of the various disciplines contributing to EIAR and the Habitats Directive. Michael has been the Head of the Environment Team at MKO for over nine years. He is a key member of the MKO senior management team responsible for developing the business, mentoring team members, fostering a positive culture and promoting continuous employee professional development. Michael holds an MA in Environmental Management from NUI Maynooth, is a Member of IEMA, a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and a Professional Geologist (PGeo).
