Patrick is a Senior Ornithologist at MKO. He has over seven years of experience working in an ecological consultancy, including designing and executing ornithological surveys and preparing the ornithology chapters of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR) to accompany planning applications. He has experience working in various developments and conservation projects, such as renewable energy, Special Protection Area (SPA) monitoring and public amenity projects. Patrick has also been involved in seabird and shorebird conservation projects, agri-environmental schemes, public outreach, and monitoring of species such as swallow, curlew and geese, providing him with a broad range of experience and understanding of ornithological surveys and impact assessment.
