Anne Caulfield joins as Head of Talent and Leadership Development and brings over 20 years’ experience from global organisations, alongside nearly a decade specialising in leadership development. She has worked closely with senior leaders and teams across industries to design and deliver practical, high-impact leadership initiatives aligned to business growth. In her role as Head of Talent & Leadership Development, Anne will focus on strengthening leadership capability and talent development, supporting the continued growth and success of MKO through its people.
Una McCafferty joins MKO as Head of Finance. Una has over 20 years of combined experience in Big 4 financial services audit, and strategic finance and operational leadership in the corporate services sector. She brings a deep commitment to driving continuous improvement through cross functional collaboration, underpinned by a strong focus on delivering high-quality service. Through her directorship and leadership roles, Una has developed robust governance and decision-making capabilities, along with a strategic perspective bridging high-level vision and practical, actionable outcomes.
Both Anne and Una will play a central role in our leadership team as we expand our reach and impact to help solve the defining environmental and societal challenges of our time. We look forward to the expertise and global perspective they bring to MKO.
