A Breakfast Briefing was held in our Dublin Office on Thursday 25th May to discuss the new Planning Bill from a housing and renewables perspective. Colm Ryan, Associate Director opened the event with an overview of the Planning Act.
Our guest speaker, Brendan Slattery, Partner at McCann FitzGerald, followed with an insightful view into the emerging Planning Act focusing on Housing and Renewables. Brendan is Recognised by peers and clients as an expert in planning law and practice, he has advised An Bord Pleanála, many other planning authorities and public authorities, developers and funders.
The event concluded with a Q&A session chaired by Gus McCarthy, Director at MKO. With the new Planning and Development Act on the horizon, it was great to have an informative discussion on future housing and renewable energy planning applications.
